Blythe Auffarth began her career as a young adult doing theater and musical theater in New York City, working with directors like Jerry Zaks, Harold Prince, Leonard Foglia, Daniel Fish and Robert Johanson. Favorite parts included Anne Frank, Helen Keller and Little Helen, an autobiographical character written by Carol Burnett with the help of her daughter. An experienced singer and dancer, Blythe spent her summers attending the celebrated Broadway Theatre Project ran by Ann Reinking. In 2003, upon graduating high school, Blythe left NYC to train at the renowned conservatory, North Carolina School of the Arts, where she took classes comprising of mask work, verbal and physical improvisation, dialect and accent work, musical theater audition technique, scene study and stage combat . Once back in Manhattan and working again as a professional actor, Blythe continued her training with Austin Pendleton at HB Studios and The Linklater Center for Voice and Language. Ryan was born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Andover, Massachusetts. Her mother, Brenda, is a French teacher.[1] Ryan is an admitted avid ice hockey fan and her father, Ron Ryan, was the president of the NHL's Philadelphia Flyers and former Coach and General Manager to the now-defunct Hartford Whalers. Ryan graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Philosophy.
After graduating from college, she worked at MTV in its special effects department. She started acting in commercials while studying acting and improvisation in New York City. Blanca Portillo Biography Portillo started as an actress in several small theater productions before graduating in drama from the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramatico.
One of her most important performances afterwards was her role of Carol in Oleanna by David Mamet, directed by Joaquín Kremel in 1994.
She made her film debut in Entre rojas (1995). In 1996, Luis San Narciso cast her for the Telecinco TV series 7 vidas, where she played the role of Carlota. The series lasted for ten years.
