Bianca Suzanne Collins (born August 17, 1988) is an American actress. Currently (2011), Bianca is cast as Lulu in the Teen Nick television series "Gigantic"Bianca is perhaps best known for her recurring role as Patti Perez in the Nickelodeon series Unfabulous', starring Emma Roberts, from 2004-2007.
She was chosen to be the part of the cast for the film "All That Glitters", but then was replaced by Brazilian actress Isabel Gomes to portray the character of Mariah Carey on the grounds that Mariah believed Bianca was not appealing enough to play herself as a young girl, despite the fact Bianca never had the chance to meet Mariah in person.
Her career began in 1996, with her first role in the pre-Broadway workshop of Paul Simon's "The Capeman", starring Marc Anthony. Her role was written out of the play before its short 1997 Broadway run. Bianca was a member of the 1997 20th anniversary Broadway cast of "Annie". Also in 1997, Bianca appeared in the Law & Order episode "Legacy". Bianca worked with the national touring company of "Annie" during 1998.
Her television movie credits include the Disney Channel Original Movie]] Tiger Cruise, the George Lopez holiday movie "Naughty Or Nice", and the MTV musical "The American Mall".
In addition to "Law & Order", Bianca's episodic television credits include "Strong Medicine" and "House".
